usualy, the sdk contents both debug and non-debug versions of some of the kernel's things. you must replace your current versions with those with debug-info from SDK. then you could use the .SYm files, or the debug-versions as a source of debug information.
P.S. this is the experience i have from previous windozes, i suppose it will work almost the same way..
